Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you (or the organization you represent) and John Ennis, a sole trader in Ireland(“Drift-CI”, “we”). By using the service you accept them.

The service

Drift-CI is a hosted dashboard for drift-ci runs. The open-source CLI and GitHub Action are licensed separately under their own licence, available at our GitHub repository.

Accounts and organizations

Keep your credentials secure. Organization admins control membership and roles, and are responsible for how their members use the service.

Plans and billing

• Free: one member.
• Team: $49 per organization per month, billed in advance through Stripe, for up to 5 members. An organization's first Team subscription starts with a 14-day free trial that needs a card, and converts to paid unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• An organization admin can cancel at any time from Billing (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are in US dollars. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
• We will give 30 days' notice of any price change.
• Enterprise plans are by written agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful content;
• attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other customers' data;
• resell the service without an agreement with us;
• circumvent plan limits.

Your data

You own your content and run data. You give us the rights we need to host and process it to provide the service, and you are responsible for having the right to upload it. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no uptime commitment except under an Enterprise agreement. We may change features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Deleting an organization ends its Team subscription immediately, with no refund for the rest of the period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
